Content of the training
The Thomas system is the world's most widely used occupational psychological personality analysis and method. Companies use Thomas for staff selection, management, training, and motivation. The Thomas system is certified by the Psychological Association of England and approved by the Swedish Psychological Association for the reliability of the method. The Thomas analysis has also been validated in Finland.

An analysis of personal work, (PWA), will help you identify the behavioural style required for the job assignment. With PWA, you can recruit the most suitable person for the task, identify the person's areas of development, and reorganize tasks and talents. By using both PWA and PPA, you can verify the suitability of applicants or people already in the organization for the task based on the degree of compatibility. PWA helps to identify how well a person's behaviour matches the way the task requires. PWA provides support in recruitment, engagement, development and management. It takes about 30 minutes to make a PWA test. In addition, the analysis will be reviewed together with our experts. The duration of the feedback discussion is 1/2 - 1 hour. After the feedback discussion, you will receive written feedback.

After enrollment, our trainer will contact you to agree on the time of the analysis.

We also perform Thomas analyses for companies on order/offer.
