The training of a workplace instructor is intended for workplace instructors, teachers and other people working in the field of guiding students.
The training is suitable for those who want to complete the training according to their own schedule, e.g. outside working hours or in addition to studies.
Content of the training
The training is organised as an independent online training.
The training goes through e.g.:
• Planning and preparation for workplace learning
• Supporting and guiding learning in working life
• Providing feedback
• The challenges of directing and specific support
• Language and cultural-aware guidance
• Evidence and competence assessment
• Workplace feedback
After the training, you will receive an electric certificate of completed training by e-mail.
