Your certificate is paper certificate if you have completed your studies in March 2024 or before that.
If you have completed your studies after that, order an electric certificate.
If the certificate copy pertains to a period before 2006, please contact Ekami's archive via email: arkisto@ekami.fi.

Upon order confirmation, you will receive a link to a VismaSign form.
This form will be used to verify your identity and collect detailed information about the studies related to your document request.
The form requires strong authentication at the time of signing.
Please note that we cannot begin the certificate delivery process until we have received your completed VismaSign additional information form.
Certificates will be sent within two weeks. Please note that some certificates may require a longer processing time (1 month).
The paper copy of the certificate will be sent to the address you provide on the VismaSign form. Additionally, we will send a PDF copy of the certificate to the email address you provide. Note: The email will be sent as a secure email, with Turvaposti as the sender.
