The product is manufactured by students of mechanical and production engineering at Ekami Malminki campus, under the supervision of a teacher.

The box includes two (2) wire racks and a drip tray. With two wire racks, it is possible to smoke a larger quantity at once. The drip tray neatly collects fat from the food being smoked and makes it easier to keep the product clean.
